- Cash on Delivery: Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method, no online payment was made at the time of purchase. Refunds will be processed as cash or product exchanges for eligible returns.
- Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return and send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
3. Warranty
